How can I pay for my order?
You can use Paypal to pay for your order with a credit or debit card. This is my preferred payment method. You may also pay by mailing me a check or money order.
Is Paypal secure?
Nothing on the Internet is absolutely, 100% secure. Paypal uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, which is the industry standard for securing financial transactions. When you use Paypal, I never see your financial information -- only Paypal does. Thus, you don't have to trust me with your credit card number.
Why don't you allow "live" ordering through your Web site?
Because most of the hubcaps I sell are used, their condition will vary. To produce an online store that precisely describes the condition of every item I have in stock would be nearly impossible. I prefer to communicate with each customer personally and explain what is available.
Where do you ship to?
Officially, I ship only within the United States. Unofficially, you might be able to convince me to ship elsewhere if you bug me enough ;-)
Where are you located? Can I visit your store?
I am located in Philadelphia, PA. I run this business from my home, so unfortunately I cannot accept walk-ins. If you live in the city, I may be able to arrange to deliver your order in person to reduce the shipping cost.
